To round out your group, you will either want a tank like a warrior to soak damage, or more mages to blast everything in sight.

If you have a dedicated group of friends, or join a guild, you can reliably help each other with quests. If not, you can simply ask people in your region if anyone wants to group up for your current quest. Simply type “/1 LFG to kill Nightbane Shadow Weavers,” and you will alert everyone in your region that you are looking for a group to kill that specific monster.

Power-Level Alone

If you don’t have a dedicated play group, rather than trying to find groups every time you go online, you may find it more efficient and fun to just level up yourself. Some classes are naturally more suited for solo play; the Shaman and Rogue can both take perfectly good care of themselves. (The Priest, conversely, should join groups, and will always find ready invitations.)

When questing solo, it is important to stay a few levels ahead of the monsters in your region. By the time you’re past level 20, you want to stick to mostly green quests only when solo leveling. Remember that there are general levels of quests, and your personal questing levels will depend on whether you have a group or not. 1. The first thing to know about WoW PvP arena is that no matter how good you are, it’s always the team that matters. Individually, all the players in a team might have exceptional PvP skills but the team migh suck due to a lack of team work. So, don’t leave a team just after 5-6 matches. Give it a little time, so that you and your team mate would learn to play as a team.

2. The equipment has a crucial role for a player’s success in arena. So, make sure you build up as much resilience, critical chance and attack power or spell power, cutting off the PvE stats like expertise, hit rating or haste rating. Also the talent build you’re using must be PvP oriented. This WoW PvP guide has taught me though, everything I needed to know on these aspects, concerning my class.

3. Arena skirmish games are a good way to hone your WoW PvP skills. This way you’ll be able to understand your role better in any team. Winning a skirmish match is not important as you won’t lose any points. Your goal in skirmishes is to play your part in any team as good as possible. Also, by getting involved in many skirmish games or duels, you’ll become aware about all the other classes spells and abilities and this way you’ll learn how to manage your cooldowns better in any fight.

There are just a few tips for beginners. However, if you want to become a top class arena player or if you’re just can’t get rid of the lousy 1100 arena rating, I can only recommend this WoW PvP guide that I’ve been using.
